Great room, good breakfast with sausage gravy each morning. Added the brew on demand coffee station so its fresh but only one size and does a minute or two. Would definitely stay here again. Love earning points for skipping a day of housekeeping too!
Hello, I would like to share my experience with this hotel. We decided to spend our 40th anniversary in Mt Airy, and this hotel was clean and looked in near-perfect condition. The staff was friendly and helpful, and they even suggested a great place to eat. The breakfast was good and hot, and the staff was quick to refill anything that got emptied. My only suggestion is that the small bathroom faucets be replaced with larger ones, that there be more pressure in the showers, and that a stopper be provided for the sink. Otherwise, I am very pleased with this hotel.
Great check in service. Friendly and accommodating. Had our dog with us. Outdoor area provided pet clean up bags and disposal.
Every aspect of this stay was excellent! The staff were extremely friendly and went above and beyond to be helpful. The hotel was one of the cleanest and well maintained I’ve stayed at in some time! Breakfast was what you’d expect but more than adequately met our needs. Would definitely recommend this hotel!

Our room was spotless and very comfortable, though the air conditioning wasn't the best. Everyone we came in contact with was so nice, and it's only a few minutes from the sights downtown. I would definitely stay here again.
The hotel is under renovation, so there was some noise during the day. And there is an issue with the hot water, which they said was being addressed last night but still hadn't. However, the staff has been lovely, the rooms are nice, and breakfast is good.
I just didn’t understand the outrageous price it cost to stay here. Over $300 a night. Maybe we were taken advantage of but with it being late at night we needed rest. I wouldn’t stop here again and possibly sleep in the car before I allowed this place to charge what they did.
